Definitions and Interpretation

Deposits and Withdrawals

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds into n77bd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP cashback is paid out every week. Your account must be active and applicable terms must be met to receive cashback.

Fair Play Policy

n77bd believes in a fair play policy as a safe and reliable platform. All our games are secured with SSL encryption and operate on the basis of transparent outcomes.

• All game outcomes are determined by neutral algorithms.
• n77bd does not artificially interfere with the outcome of any game.
• In the event of a technical error, affected bets will be cancelled and the original stake returned.

Prohibited Activities

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, n77bd accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss caused by temporary unavailability of the platform or technical issues.
• Unauthorised access to an account due to a user's own negligence or failure to secure their password.
• Games or bets affected by internet disconnection or device issues.
• Any error or delay caused by a third-party service provider (payment gateway, game provider).
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss.

n77bd reserves the right to correct any winnings mistakenly awarded due to a technical error. In such cases, the relevant funds may be deducted from the user's account.
